Air Manas is a Kyrgyz airline, headquartered in Bishkek. Its base airport is Manas International Airport. The airline operates as LLC Air Manas Airlines.
Founded in 2006, Air Manas began its operations with its first flight in December 2009. In June 2012, 49% of the company's shares were acquired by the Turkish low-cost airline Pegasus Airlines, while the remaining 51% were owned by private individuals from Kyrgyzstan. On March 22, 2013, the first flight to Istanbul was operated under the Pegasus Asia brand. The current General Director of the Airline is Talgat Shaarbekovich Nurbaev.
In the fall of 2015, Air Manas rebranded itself as an independent airline. On July 22, 2021, it became a customer of the Airbus Flight Hour Services program. That same month, due to the integration of the Airbus A220-300 and a shift in aviation strategy, flights were temporarily suspended. The airline aims to be removed from the EU blacklist.
