- The list of departure airports where business class service is provided. At Vladikavkaz, Gelendzhik, Irkutsk, Kazan, Murmansk, Noyabrsk and Sochi airports passengers of the Economy Plus fare are served in the comfort lounge.
- For flights lasting from an hour to two, you can choose sandwiches, except for round-trip flights from Moscow to Penza; from Novosibirsk to Novokuznetsk, Tomsk, Kemerovo, Barnaul. For the Economy Plus tariff, non-carbonated water with a volume of 0.5 liters is provided. On flights up to two hours, you will be served cold drinks with a sandwich, and hot and cold drinks for two to three hours. For flights over 2 hours: all hot meals and infant meals.
- The certificate cannot be issued for the tickets paid with Miles&Cash.
