Air Manas retains the right to amend Online Booking Terms and Conditions without prior notification of the Passenger. Any modifications will become valid upon being published on the Air Manas website.
Air Manas provides you with the facility to book and buy tickets via its website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is allowed to book up to 9 passengers per one booking. This means that you are not allowed to book a group of more than 9 passengers including children and infants. A child is defined as being between 2-11 years old (inclusive) for international flights and between 2-14 years old (inclusive) for domestic flights. An infant is a baby under 2 years old. The age of the infant must be less than 2 years old on all travel dates. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children or infants cannot be added to the ticket after the booking has been made.

Web Check-in is not available for unaccompanied minors, passengers with an infant(s), children, passengers with an extra seat, passengers on a stretcher, youth, seniors, and passengers who agreed with the airline’s anti-fraud procedure. Verification of travel documents will be carried out at the airport upon check-in.

During the online booking process, you can specify your seats and meal preferences. The system is configured to show the cheapest available prices at the time of booking. An E-ticket will be sent to your email address immediately after you finish your booking. Print your E-ticket and show it at the check-in desk with a valid identification document specified during the booking process.

When booking tickets online, ensure names are typed correctly. In the event of errors in spelling of name, passengers will be denied boarding and be responsible for all costs associated with rebooking. Tickets can be purchased up to one hour before departure on our website.

Allows pre-assignment of seats in both Business and Economy classes. If you forget to select seats during online booking, contact our Call Centre at +996 (312) 56 4040. However, seat selection does not guarantee the exact seats chosen due to possible aircraft changes.

Passengers can view flight details, fares, fare conditions, and taxes by following the "Manage My Booking" link and entering their surname and booking reference number.

By booking online, clients agree to receive emails from Air Manas and its partners concerning flight bookings. Fare conditions are shown at Steps 2, 3, and 5 of the booking process and in the confirmation of reservation.

All changes must be initiated by a passenger's request sent from the email used during booking. Changes are conducted according to fare conditions and may incur penalties. Anti-fraud procedure rules apply for rebooking.

Requests for refund or change after departure are considered according to fare conditions and no-show policy.

Air Manas does not store sensitive information such as credit or debit card numbers. Transactions are conducted by companies certified by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Sensitive information is secured and encrypted via SSL.

Air Manas operates a privacy policy to protect passenger information. Personal information is used for providing air transport services and notifying passengers of schedule changes. Personal information is not transferred to third parties except by official request from authorities.

Air Manas charges the exact amount shown at the time of purchase without additional exchange rates or service fees. However, your bank may apply its own fees. Contact your bank for details.

Kyrgyzstan residents must transact in som (KGS). Incorrect residency information is the passenger's responsibility.

The form of identity submitted during booking will be required at check-in. For international travel, an international passport is required. For travel within Kyrgyzstan, national ID or internal passport details may be used.

Anti-fraud procedures include presenting the payment card and ID at check-in or entering an authorization code from the card-issuing bank. Failure to present the card and ID at check-in will result in denied boarding.
